Terms of Service

Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable messaging
Messages may be sent only to recipients who have consented or where another lawful basis exists. Spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content and attempts to bypass sender or provider controls are prohibited.
Charges and delivery
Wallet charges are based on message encoding, segments and the displayed customer rate. An accepted message may still be rejected or delayed by a carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed where networks, devices or recipient information are outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts or pending campaigns to protect users, providers or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid balances. Material or repeated violations may result in termination.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service but maintenance, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may interrupt availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
