We collect account details, contact information, payment references, wallet records, message content and recipients, delivery reports, device and security logs, and support communications needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide SMS and payment services, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain financial records, investigate delivery issues, secure accounts, comply with lawful requests, and improve reliability.
Sharing and processors
Necessary data may be sent to SMS providers, payment processors, hosting providers and other infrastructure vendors. We do not sell personal information. Customers must have a lawful basis and recipient consent before uploading contacts or sending messages.
Retention and security
Operational and security records are retained only for configured business, dispute and legal periods. We use access controls, encryption for stored credentials, backups, logging and monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your profile and request correction or deletion of eligible account data through support. Some financial, abuse-prevention and legal records may need to be retained.
